Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bouganvillea is a private villa that sleeps 15, with superb sea views located in a quiet location between Moraira and Benissa. It has four individual apartments. The top one apartment A has 2 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom and 1 en-suite shower room, all around terrace, kitchen and lounge.

The middle one apartment B has 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen and a terrace. The middle one apartment C has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, kitchen, lounge and covered terrace.  The lower one apartment D has 2 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 en-suite shower room, kitchen and lounge.

All four apartments have WiFi, smart Tv in Spanish and English. All four look out to the sea and share an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area with tables and chairs for 16 people.

The large free private parking area is situated at the rear of the house in Carrer Colom. There are steps down to the villa. The gardens are pretty and provide several relaxing seating areas.It’s possible to rent the whole villa fully or a separate apartment.
